Partner terms

Version 2026-10-17

1. Commission

   7.5% of the net booking value (after discounts and refunds, excluding taxes and fees) for every booking on kohsamui.tours or kohsamuiausflug.de made through your partner link. Individual rates may be agreed in writing.

2. Tracking

   A click on your link is remembered for 30 days. If the guest later clicks another partner's link, the later click counts. Guests who block cookies or clear them cannot be tracked.

3. When commission is due

   Commission is pending until the tour has taken place. Cancelled, refunded or charged-back bookings earn no commission.

4. Payout

   Monthly by PayPal or bank transfer once your due balance reaches 3,500 THB. Please keep your payout details up to date in the portal.

5. Fair use

   Promote honestly. No spam, no fake reviews, no ads on our brand names, no self-referrals. We may review referred bookings and close accounts that break these rules.

6. Changes

   We may change these terms; you will be asked to accept the new version in the portal.
